Hello, I'm Cesca (short for Francesca). I am a qualified primary teacher with a passion for yoga. When the Corona Virus pandemic first began, I decided I would use my stay at home time to do my 200h yoga teacher qualification online. Since then I have been working on my own practice and been using my friends as guinea pigs to practice on!

Now the time has come for me to want to offer more people the chance to find out about the beauty and wonder that is yoga. I offer classes for children from as young as 4 up to grown ups of any age! Yoga is for all ages and abilities. It is mindful movement with breath, not just chucking yourself into some strange positions. For classes offered and times, please click on the classes tab above.
